Your proof of purchase must include the amount that you paid for your subscription. Your bookseller is aware of this requirement. This is to ensure that you have been charged correctly. The sales team will then add the subscription to your account.

  3. Click Transfer along side the book title you would like to transfer.
  4. Please read the additional information on this page, then enter the email address of the new owner and click Transfer.

  • be still valid (not expired)
  • be owned by you (not assigned by your school)
  • not have been transferred within the last 12 months, nor more than 7 times in total
  • have 5 or fewer months left before its offline access expires if it is currently being used offline and the subscription was activated offline before July 2020
Notes:
  • If it is not possible to transfer a particular subscription, the Transfer button will not be available.
  • If the subscription was in use offline before being transferred, the new owner must renew the subscription before they will be able to use it offline.

Viewing your subscription offline

Our offline system has been created so that you do not need a permanent and reliable internet connection to use your subscription. Please refer to the quick start guide for instructions on how to use the system.

Please note: For iOS and Android users, please search your App / Play Store for Snowflake (by Haese Mathematics).

More assistance can be found on this page.

Notes:
  • The offline system can be used on multiple devices, however once a textbook is activated on a device, it cannot be activated on another device until at least two months have passed since the last offline license update. Your offline license updates every time you use the offline system while you are connected to the internet. If you haven't used the offline system on a device with internet connectivity for more than two months, your subscriptions are no longer accessible (without a license update), or locked to, that device, and can be activated on a new device instead (or reactivated on the same).
  • To continue to have access to your subscriptions offline, remember to connect your device to the internet while using your offline system at least once every two months.
  • The offline subscription is not a PDF.
